Renovations: Home is currently under renovation, involving the entire house.

The Details: The current owners have replaced all windows and installed a new boiler for fuel efficiency. They also extended back wall of kitchen – doubling the size, Built a new kitchen with modern appliances and custom cabinetry and trim to reflect the period of the house, including soapstone countertops and a farm sink. Current work includes working to update all knob and tube electrical wiring in the home, all the plumbing, and the tile and woodwork around fireplaces in various rooms in the home. Outside, the current owners bought the house next door (#3328) which was in horrible disrepair, tore it down and did major landscaping to turn it into a yard and flagstone patio for their home. They also repaired the stone wall that was leaning and sagging along the street in front of the house.
