Plans are underway for Phase II of the Bonvue Street Revitalization Project. We have received a proposal from our architect with ideas and suggestions to restore our next batch of homes.
Current houses which are slated for restoration include: #4, #121, #125, #127 and #217.



Phase II has begun with the removal of a rowhouse (#123 Bonvue) which has been vacant for over a decade. Due to the extensive damage, it could not be salvaged. We are discussing the options to make this space a shared driveway with parking pads in the rear of each home.
