Todd and Trish Ridenour and their 4
children, Aodhan, Mairead, Gearoid,
and Aine, have called 3012 Marshall
Road home for the past 12 years.
“Originally a compromise between
Trish’s city residency requirement and
Todd’s need to be near the woods, this
home has become part of our soul. At
the time of purchase, we never
dreamed we would spend the next 12
years under this roof. All of our children
took their first steps on these
floors and we will always have fond
memories of all of the special events of
our lives that have taken place on
Marshall Road.” The house was built
in 1929 and was first occupied by a
religious leader and then by Tim and
Karen Paul before being purchased in
1994 by the Ridenour family |
