History:
Built in 1920 when Perrysville Avenue
was actually Perrysville plank road.
In the 40s, 50s and 60s the home changed
hands through various members of several
families. In 2005 it was purchased and
underwent some renovations and was re-sold.
This single family home is a craftsman
style bungalow. It’s 2400 sq feet, with
5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a two-car garage.
The current owners purchased it in December
2008, and began renovations January 2009.
The house will be on the market when
renovations are complete.
The owners have lived in Observatory since
1995 and have renovated many homes in the area.
Bill is an old house buff. They were attracted
to the Arts and crafts style architectural detail
of the house, the stone exterior and Spanish roof
