Business District: Five Points Project

Observatory Hill is in the midst of a major redevelopment effort. Our sister company, Observatory Hill Development Corporation, acquired the former Mr. Bill’s bar and restaurant (3917-3921 Perrysville Avenue) and the two store fronts next to it - a building that has been abandoned for over twenty years (3923 - 3925 Perrysville Avenue). This $1.7 million revitalization project includes four commercial spaces and six apartments.

We are happy to announce three of the four spaces have been leased out and we welcome our new tenants:

  • Ida’s Sandwich Shop:  3921 Perrysville Avenue
  • Neighborhood Community Development Fund: 3923 Perrysville Ave
  • The Northside Chronicle:  3925 Perrysville Avenue
  • Still available for lease: 3917 Perrysville Avenue

Thanks to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, we have received Housing Opportunity Funds from the Rental Gap program to create six affordable apartments - one and two bedrooms - to rent between $428 and $855 per month.
